Support Intelligence.
Comprehensive answers to help you understand our non-attorney model, the scope of our administrative support, and how to begin your journey toward clarity.
General Information
We are a nationwide non-attorney consulting firm that provides the administrative framework and organizational discipline consumers need to resolve complex matters independently.
Our primary mission is to help you move from a state of reactive confusion to a proactive position of strength. We do this by centralizing your records, building chronological timelines of events, and preparing structured documents based on your specific direction and information.
Yes. De Riso & Associates supports consumers in all 50 states. Because our model is focused on administrative organization and educational guidance—rather than legal representation in specific state courts—we can provide consistent support regardless of your location.
We are not a credit repair organization. We do not use automated "hacks" or generic dispute templates. Instead, we focus on high-fidelity record organization and factual evidence.
While we do assist with credit reporting inaccuracies, our approach is based on building a complete administrative file that proves your case through documentation, not just through repeated challenges to bureaus. Our support is much broader, covering lending, insurance, vehicle finance, and more.
Service Scope
A scrivener is a professional who formats and organizes documents based entirely on the specific direction and information provided by the user. In this role, we help you translate your scattered facts into clean, structured, and professional correspondence or summaries. We do not "draft" legal strategies or create new theories for you; we help you present your own information effectively.
Yes. These are two of our primary areas of support. Whether it is sorting through a complex insurance claim history to identify processing delays, or building a payment timeline to address a lender’s billing discrepancy, we provide the administrative backbone needed to clarify these situations.
Yes. Preparing for arbitration requires immense organizational effort. We help consumers structure their evidence packets, organize their exhibit lists, and build their factual chronological narrative. This ensures that when you enter arbitration as a self-represented individual, you do so with a professional level of record organization.
The Process
We typically complete initial intake reviews within 24–48 business hours. This review is a comprehensive fit assessment to ensure that your matter aligns with our administrative scope and that we can provide genuine value to your situation.
You do not need to have a perfect file to begin. The intake process is designed to identify what you already have and what might be missing. We recommend organizing your information into five categories before starting:
- Core identifiers (account numbers, reference IDs)
- Timeline of significant dates
- Summary of previous attempts to resolve the issue
- Status of relevant documents (statements, contracts)
- Your desired outcome
Because our model is built on factual precision, we require a completed intake form before any introductory call is scheduled. This ensures that our conversation is focused on your actual records and data, rather than generalities. This efficiency allows us to keep our support accessible and high-impact.
Fees & Billing
Our fees are strictly scope-based. We evaluate four primary factors during your intake review:
- Complexity: The nature of the consumer matter.
- Volume: The total amount of records and correspondence to be organized.
- Status: The current organizational level of your files.
- Output: The total estimated administrative workload required.
No. Submitting your information through our secure intake portal is free of charge. This is a fit-assessment phase only. You are under no obligation to engage our firm after the review is complete.
No. De Riso & Associates does not provide refunds under any circumstances. Our fees are strictly based on professional time and administrative labor already performed—such as document organization and timeline builds—which cannot be undone once the work has begun.
Important Fraud Notice Regarding Chargebacks:
Any attempt to initiate a payment chargeback or dispute after work has commenced will be considered a fraudulent act and a breach of our support agreement. In the event of a chargeback, De Riso & Associates will pursue ALL available legal remedies to recover the funds, including legal fees, administrative penalties, and reporting to relevant agencies.
All billing terms are clearly outlined in your initial support agreement before any payment is accepted.
Legal & Compliance
No. We strictly provide administrative consulting and educational information. We never provide legal advice, legal opinions, or litigation strategies.
Our role is to help you organize facts, not interpret laws. If you find yourself asking "What are my legal rights?" or "Should I sue?", you are asking for legal advice and should consult with a licensed attorney in your state.
If a consumer matter moves into active litigation or requires courtroom representation, our role as administrative consultants ends. We do not appear in court, sign legal pleadings, or act as your legal advocate. In such cases, we recommend transitioning your organized file to a licensed attorney who can provide the necessary legal representation.
Yes. De Riso & Associates maintains strict internal confidentiality protocols for all consumer records. We use secure digital environments to store and manage your information.
However, it is vital to understand that because we are not a law firm, attorney-client privilege does not apply to our communications. For more details on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
